Privacy

Serf Blood collects only the information needed to operate the free Monthly Briefing. Member Intelligence access is not currently offered or requested through the public site.

Monthly Briefing signups

The signup form stores a normalized email address, the signup date, subscription status and the page or form where the signup originated. This information is used to maintain the Monthly Briefing list.

Previous access inquiries

Serf Blood no longer accepts access requests. Records submitted through the previous access form remain private and may be updated or removed by contacting Serf Blood.

Storage and access

Form records are stored with the Serf Blood product. They are not exposed in the public site or the member product. Access is limited to the operation of Serf Blood.

Email delivery records

Resend processes Monthly Briefing delivery. Serf Blood stores the provider message identifier and delivery state, including accepted, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, failed or suppressed. Unsubscribed, bounced and invalid addresses are excluded from future audience sends.

Public audience measurement

The public site records anonymous visitor and session identifiers, page type, referral source, device class and selected interactions. Audience events do not contain subscriber email addresses or private Member Intelligence data. Signed-in and identifiable automated traffic is excluded from normal audience totals.
